Very Nice property. Clean. Great host instructions for access. Will stay again.Note that you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to access so may not be suitable for some.

Great place to stay. I had knee pain and all the stairs was a lot for me.

Excellent property in a great location downtown, right next to the river.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Would definitely choose this again when visiting Waverly. Provided all that we needed for a several day stay.

This flat was a perfect homebase as I visited family in the area. It was equipped with everything I needed, and was a really cute space in a wonderful location along the river and overlooking the movie theater across the street. The directions for check-in and parking were clear and easy to follow. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. The space was very usable, including closet space. I will definitely book this flat in the future!
